Anyone else notice teen depression becoming more common lately? It’s something that really hits close to home. Sometimes a change of environment, even something as simple as house painting, can lift the mood more than we expect. Colors have a big impact—soft blues or calming greens might help create a more peaceful space. I’ve seen how small changes around the house can make a difference in how someone feels. If you’ve been thinking about it, maybe it’s time to refresh a room or two. Teenagers might not say it out loud, but these things can quietly help. What do you all think?
