COPE provides help with problem solving for individual families and to provide additional resources and referrals upon request to parents of children with disabilities. To help parents better understand their role in planning and guiding the educational programming of their children with disabilities.

Medical Assistance, Oregon Health Plan, food stamps, work assistance, vocational rehabilitation, cash assistance, life skills, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). crisis intervention resulting from family member relationships behaviors or conditions. Individual counseling, family counseling, parent education, Love and Logic parenting classes, Child Protective Services, sexual abuse victim treatment, substitute care placements, shelter/foster home certification and adoption. Services are available for any family having a child in the home under age 18.
