Reach Out Oregon provides a community of support for families raising a child who experiences emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Raising a child is hard, even in the best of circumstances. However, when our child appears to struggle with challenging feelings or behaviors, even the most skilled parent can feel misunderstood.
