Reach Out Oregon provides a community of support for families raising a child who experiences emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Raising a child is hard, even in the best of circumstances. However, when our child appears to struggle with challenging feelings or behaviors, even the most skilled parent can feel misunderstood. At Reach Out Oregon, we acknowledge that parents and caregivers are doing the best that they can.
