Positioned near key landmarks such as Zabeel Park, the Department of Naturalization and Residency, and various embassies, the station serves a diverse group of travelers—including families, professionals, and tourists.
To enhance its functionality and user experience, we suggest expanding station features to better support the surrounding civic and recreational infrastructure. Installing interactive digital kiosks with information on government services, park events, and nearby facilities can assist both residents and visitors. As the station is close to major administrative centers, adding shaded seating zones and fast-track ticketing for peak times could reduce congestion and improve commuter flow.
In addition, improved pedestrian walkways, safer road crossings, and bicycle parking areas would promote sustainable last-mile connectivity.
