When I hear the question, Final advice before the TEAS exam? it takes me back to the night before my own test. I was so anxious that I couldn’t sleep, constantly replaying all the things I thought I hadn’t studied enough. In the middle of that spiral I reminded myself of how many hours I had put into practice and how much I had improved since my very first ATI TEAS exam practice session where I had scored far lower than I expected. That memory gave me perspective I had grown, I had learned and I was ready. My best advice is to trust the work you’ve already done rest your mind the night before and walk in believing you’re capable because that mindset truly makes a difference.
