Have you ever considered that constant fatigue isn’t normal, but a signal from your body? Do you often ignore such moments and continue working at the same pace? Do you use any methods to recognize overload and adjust your regimen, or do you simply adapt to this state?

Sometimes it seems like fatigue is just a part of everyday life, but over time, I realized that’s not entirely true. I went through a period when my workload became too intense, and I began to notice it was affecting my productivity. So I decided to try a more mindful approach and, on a friend’s recommendation https://ways2well.com/, started using a website that helps me track my state. It proved helpful: I began to better understand when to slow down and how to manage my energy. Ultimately, I gained more energy and a sense of control over my state.
