We’re currently working on a project and have noticed that the drawings from different engineers don’t match up, I’m worried this will come to light during construction and really hit the budget hard, has anyone used services like constructability reviews? Do they actually help?

As a small business owner, when I decided to build a facility for our company, I encountered a problem during the planning phase various parts of the design documentation were inconsistent with one another, particularly regarding ventilation and utility systems, therefore, I decided to bring in a construction project management team to avoid putting my budget at risk before work even began. As a result, we were able to identify critical errors, harmonize the documentation, and avoid significant rework during construction.
