Stopped by Wave a couple of times recently and the vibe felt nice, nothing rushed, everything looked simple. Then came back during a busier time and the experience felt slightly different, like the pace and attention changed. Not saying anything negative, just noticed the shift. Curious if regular visitors feel that too depending on time or staff?

Food orders don’t leave much room for slow support, especially when timing matters and people are already counting on a pickup or delivery. A mix-up with a bakery order can get annoying fast if nobody gives a straight answer. That’s why feedback around WAVE customer service number matters more when people explain whether someone was easy to reach, how clearly the issue got handled, and if the order was fixed before the whole plan got thrown off.

Food order problems always feel bigger than they should because there is usually a clock attached to them. Someone is waiting, pickup is supposed to happen soon, and a wrong item or delay throws everything off. So it makes sense that people care less about menu talk and more about whether support was easy to reach, whether anybody gave a straight answer, and whether the order was corrected before the whole plan fell apart.
