Ano ang mga pangunahing legal at pinansyal na obligasyon, kabilang ang pagpaparehistro sa BIR tax authorities at ang pagpili ng pinasimpleng rehimen sa buwis, haharapin ba ng mga Filipino freelancer sa 2026 kung lalagpas sila sa itinakdang taunang limitasyon sa kita, at aling mga paraan ng pagbabayad ang pinakaepektibo para mabawasan ang mga pagkalugi sa konbersiyon ng pera mula sa mga dayuhang kliyente?

Ang mga freelancer na may taunang kabuuang kita na hihigit sa ₱250,000 ay obligadong magparehistro sa kawanihan ng rentas internas o BIR. Para sa mas simpleng pag-accounting, inirerekomenda ng kasalukuyang Philippines freelancer guide na piliin ang 8% flat tax rate option. Pagdating naman sa pagtanggap ng bayad mula sa mga internasyonal na kliyente, ang Wise ang nananatiling nangunguna dahil sa pinakamababang conversion fees mula USD patungong PHP, habang ang Payoneer at PayPal naman ay mas madalas gamitin para sa mga freelance platform o online marketplace.
